General Description
The filtration system for Enviro2000 ™ is designed for side stream use on non-pressurized or open loop applications. Typically it is piped to and located near the sump of evaporative cooling equipment. The filter can be located as much as 60 feet below sump level.
Equipment
The Enviro2000i ™ system is supplied as a complete package assembly, consisting of filter, backwash valves, valve actuator, pump, motor, interconnecting piping, control panel with interconnecting conduit and wiring, dirty water inlet, clean water return and waste water outlet connections. A single point electrical power hook-up is standard on all systems with automatic backwash. When coupled with our TDS Controller (Dissolved Solids Controller) and the CC500 (Algae and Bacteria Control System) the Enviro2000i ™ becomes a “State of the Art,” Non-Chemical Cooling Tower Water Treatment System.
The system removes suspended solids down to 5 microns, controls the dissolved solids (minerals), kills and prevents the re-growth of Algae and Bacteria, reduces water loss due to bleed off by as much as 50% and provides a 100% savings on chemicals.
