Why Install an Enviro2000i ™?

The Enviro2000i ™ manufactured by Industrial Water Treatment Equipment Corporation will remove suspended solids down to Five (5) microns, remove and prevent the reformation of scale and corrosion caused by the dissolved solids, (minerals) with our patented ALNICO Cored Unit, and kill and prevent the re-growth of Algae and Bacteria with our CC-500 electrode unit. In extreme Algae and Bacteria conditions we use a specially designed for IWTE Ozone System as part of our Non-Chemical Treatment. These three mandatory requirements to treat tower water are accomplished automatically with the Enviro2000i ™ and use no chemicals or acids. These units have a life expectancy of 10-15 years. The only replaceable item in the system is the electrodes in the Algae and Bacteria unit and they have a life expectancy of 12-24 months, depending on the geographical location of the Enviro2000i ™. Maintenance is limited to one (1) man-hour a week for operational supervision and one additional man-hour bi-monthly for preventive maintenance. Replacing chemical treatment with the Enviro2000i ™ will reduce water loss from bleed-off and/or blow-down by as much as 75% with our controlled, automatic back-wash of the Filter-Media, as well as a 100% savings on chemicals and acids.
